Is it possible to update MMI firmware via SD card, or do I have to take car to dealership for this? I recall seeing some menu item about updating, but where can one obtain files needed? Are they available through erwin?

But in my.audi.com under 'Service', all I can see is a map to find nearest dealership.. not much of a help.
The reason I wish to update it, is a bug in phone section. It often shows wrong caller name and it's always funny trying to guess from number on screen (which is always corret) if the caller really is the one who's name is shown or not. I have seen others complaining about same thing and telling that updating software has fixed it.
Dealership will of course do the update.. if I pay them. I find it disgusting to pay them for repairing crappy software, which they did in first place.
